Your personal information allows us to provide the products and services you have asked for, as well as enabling us to improve those products and services by understanding your interests and preferences. By understanding what you like (and your dislikes) we are able to personalise your experience, show relevant adverts and improve your stay.

WHAT personal information do we collect:-
When you make a booking with us we collect the names of all the guests who will be staying. We also collect the home & billing address, e-mail address and telephone number of the person making the booking. If card details are taken at the reservation stage (either in full or part payment) - rest assured, all payments are dealt with via a secure payment system with the payment processing company Stripe.
HOW is your personal information used:
Your home or billing address is used as part of the card payment process - to validate the card.
Your e-mail address may be used:- to send you confirmation of the booking | to remind me of your booking 31 days prior to your stay | to request full payment (if relevant) | to provide you with more details of THE VIEWMOUNT and | to confirm services requested by you.
After your stay, you may receive an automatic email from our booking system asking you to review The Viewmount on social media | to fill in a feedback form, checking everything was ok with your stay and offering you ways to stay in contact with us by social media or email if you choose to do so.
We will only use your telephone number as a last resort and / or in case of emergency.
HOW is your data stored:
Booking process - All of the personal and debit/credit card data you supply are stored securely on a third party system, Inn Style (Staylists Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
